Welcome to Huntzu ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website at huntzu.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and the operator of Huntzu. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. About Huntzu

Huntzu is a purely informational service. It operates as an independent search engine and directory that helps users discover creators by aggregating information that we reasonably believe to be publicly available and providing search, filtering, and categorization tools. Huntzu does not facilitate, broker, guarantee, or participate in any transaction, subscription, payment, communication, or relationship between users and any third party, including creators, OnlyFans, or any payment platform.

Huntzu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited. Any reference to "OnlyFans" is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership.
We do not host, store, produce, or distribute any paid, subscription-based, or sexually explicit content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and we display only non-explicit preview imagery — images containing sexually explicit content are excluded from display. The Service functions solely as an information location tool that provides hyperlinks and publicly available metadata to third-party platforms.
We do not provide dating, matchmaking, companionship, or escort services of any kind.
We do not accept, process, or facilitate payments between users and creators. All transactions occur on the respective third-party platforms.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access or use Huntzu. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to view adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.

Huntzu is a search engine and discovery platform that aggregates information about creators that we reasonably believe to be publicly available. We provide:

Search functionality to find creators
Filtering and categorization tools
Hyperlinks to creators' official third-party profiles
Publicly available creator metadata (usernames, bios, categories, pricing, and public statistics)

We do not control, endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any content, profile, account, or information available on third-party websites linked from the Service.

Huntzu is not a party to any transaction, subscription, payment, or agreement between you and any third party you may access through the Service. Any financial, personal, or contractual interaction you have with third parties is conducted solely between you and that third party, at your own risk and responsibility.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

When using Huntzu, you agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, dox, or harm creators or other users, or use any information obtained from the Service to do so
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar data-gathering or extraction tools) to access the Service without our prior written permission
Systematically retrieve data or content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory
Use the Service or any content or data obtained from it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop any artificial intelligence or machine learning model without our prior written permission
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, rate limits, age verification measures, or security features
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Impersonate Huntzu, any Huntzu operator, or any other person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Huntzu
Solicit payments, donations, or any form of value transfer from other users or creators while representing or implying affiliation with Huntzu
Reproduce, distribute, sell, or store copyrighted content belonging to creators or other third parties
Remove copyright or other proprietary notices, or frame or mirror any part of the Service without permission
Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on Huntzu — including text, graphics, logos, design, software, and code, as well as the selection, arrangement, and compilation of the directory (including any applicable database rights) — is the property of Huntzu or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database protection laws.

Creator profile information displayed on Huntzu is aggregated from sources that we reasonably believe to be publicly available. All third-party materials, including creator names, images, and bios, belong to their respective owners. We claim no copyright or ownership over third-party content indexed by the Service.

If you believe your copyrighted content has been used without authorization, please refer to our DMCA Policy.

6. Creator Listings and Opt-Out

Creator listings on Huntzu are compiled from publicly available sources. If you are a creator, you may claim, correct, or remove your profile at any time:

Email [email protected] with your username, a link to your profile on Huntzu, and proof of control over the underlying account (for example, a message sent from an address or account verifiably connected to the profile).
We process verified requests as soon as reasonably practicable, typically within 5 business days.
Removed profiles are added to a suppression list to prevent re-indexing.

7. User Submissions and Feedback

Where the Service allows you to post or submit content (such as comments, reviews, reports, or profile suggestions), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for anything you submit and represent that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

We have no obligation to monitor user submissions but reserve the right to remove, screen, or edit any submission at any time without notice. Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send us may be used by us freely and without compensation or obligation to you.

8. Accounts and Paid Features

Huntzu is not a party to, and bears no responsibility for, any transaction, payment, subscription, communication, or relationship between you and any third party accessible through or referenced by the Service. Any financial loss, fraud, impersonation, or harm suffered in connection with a third party — including third parties falsely claiming affiliation with Huntzu — is solely between you and that third party. You acknowledge and agree that Huntzu is not liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party website, content, service, or transaction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTZU DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of information displayed
The identity, authenticity, or legitimacy of any creator, profile, account, or third party listed or linked through the Service
Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service
That defects will be corrected or that our servers are free from viruses or other harmful components
The legality, safety, quality, or fitness for any purpose of content on any third-party website linked from the Service
The safety, security, or outcome of any transaction, payment, or communication conducted with any third party

Huntzu does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any creator profile, third-party content, or external website accessible through the Service. You access third-party websites and interact with third parties entirely at your own risk.

No fiduciary, agency, employment, partnership, joint venture, or other special relationship is created between you and Huntzu by your use of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUNTZU AND ITS OPERATORS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or inability to use the Service
Any content, conduct, fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of third parties on, accessed through, or claiming affiliation with the Service

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Huntzu to you, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, exceed the greater of (a) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100) or (b) the amounts paid by you to us, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (whether contract, tort, statute, or otherwise).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huntzu and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Service.

14. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to Huntzu at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive shall survive, including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Huntzu after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered under the LCIA (London Court of International Arbitration) Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be London, England. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as provided by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

17. Official Communications and Fraud Prevention

Official communications from Huntzu are sent only from email addresses on the huntzu.com domain, primarily [email protected]. Huntzu does not initiate direct messages soliciting payments or personal information from users or creators through any messaging platform or social network.

Listing, ranking, and removal on Huntzu are never conditioned on payments demanded through direct outreach, and profile removal is always free of charge. Any request for payment — in cryptocurrency or any other form — that claims to be from Huntzu in exchange for listing, ranking, promotion, or removal of a profile is fraudulent by definition, regardless of where or how it is communicated.

You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from Huntzu. Huntzu disclaims any and all responsibility for losses, damages, or communications resulting from interactions with accounts, channels, websites, or individuals falsely claiming affiliation with Huntzu.

18. General Provisions

Electronic communications. Visiting the Service, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and Report Content Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Huntzu regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

Force majeure. We shall not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
