Security & Trust

Huntzu is free to use, and we never reach out to anyone demanding payment — full stop. Because services like ours are frequently impersonated by scammers, this page explains exactly how Huntzu communicates, what we never do, and how to report impersonation or a security vulnerability.

1. Official Communication

• Huntzu communicates through one channel only: email, from addresses ending in @huntzu.com.
• Our only official contact address is [email protected] — for all matters: general inquiries, creators, copyright, and security.
• Our only official website is huntzu.com.
• We do not operate accounts on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, X, Discord, TikTok, or any other messaging or social platform. We never call, text, or DM users or creators, and we never initiate outreach asking for payment, credentials, or personal documents.

2. Removal, Listing, and Ranking Are Never Paid

• Profile removal is always free. Creators can delist at any time via [email protected] — see Section 6 of our Terms of Service. No fee, no "processing charge," no exceptions.
• We never charge a fee to be listed, ranked, "verified," or removed, and we never sell placement in organic search results.
• Any legitimate commercial arrangement with Huntzu (such as advertising) exists only if agreed in writing through [email protected] and invoiced from the huntzu.com domain — never demanded through direct messages, and never payable in cryptocurrency, gift cards, or wire transfers to an individual.
• Anyone demanding payment on behalf of Huntzu — for removal, ranking, verification, a prize, or anything else — is a scammer, regardless of how convincing they appear.

3. How to Verify a Message Is Really From Us

1. Check the sender. Legitimate messages come only from addresses ending in @huntzu.com. Check the full address, not just the display name.
2. Check the pressure. We never set payment deadlines, threaten changes to your listing, or ask you to "act now."
3. When in doubt, ask us. Forward the message to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it is genuine.

4. Common Scams in This Space

• Paid-removal extortion — the most common scam targeting creators: someone claims they can remove your listing (or threatens to keep it up) for a fee. Removal from Huntzu is free and always will be.
• Fake "support," "manager," or "partnership" accounts on Telegram, Instagram, X, or Discord using our name or logo.
• Requests to "verify your account" or "confirm your identity" via crypto, gift cards, or wire transfer.
• Prize or giveaway notifications requiring a payment or deposit to claim — we run no such contests.
• Fake advertising or collaboration offers demanding upfront payment or login credentials.

5. If You Encounter a Scam

1. Do not engage, pay, or click any links.
2. Take screenshots — the sender's handle, the message contents, and any payment addresses.
3. Forward everything to [email protected] so we can take action and warn others.
4. If you already paid, contact your payment provider immediately and consider reporting to local police — crypto and gift-card payments are rarely recoverable, so speed matters.

6. Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you discover a security vulnerability in huntzu.com, we want to hear from you.

• Email [email protected] with the subject line "Security Vulnerability", including steps to reproduce, affected URLs, and potential impact.
• We acknowledge reports within 5 business days and will keep you informed as we investigate and remediate.
• Please act in good faith: do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data belonging to others; do not degrade the Service (no denial-of-service or high-volume automated scanning); do not use social engineering against our staff or providers; and allow us a reasonable period to fix the issue before any public disclosure.
• We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow these rules in good faith. We do not operate a paid bug bounty at this time, but we are glad to credit meaningful reports.

For how we protect personal data generally, see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
