Huntzu1. No Sexually Explicit Content on the Service
Huntzu ("we," "us"), the operator of huntzu.com (the "Service"), maintains a strict policy of displaying only non-explicit imagery. The Service indexes publicly available creator profile information — usernames, bios, categories, pricing, public statistics, and publicly displayed profile and header images — and images containing sexually explicit content are excluded from display.
Accordingly, the Service does not contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A, and the record-keeping requirements of those statutes do not apply to the Service.
2. Huntzu Is Not a Producer
In addition, and in any event, Huntzu is not the producer — whether "primary" or "secondary" as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — of any visual depiction that may appear on or be accessible through the Service.
Huntzu does not create, produce, film, photograph, digitize, hire, contract for, manage, sponsor, or arrange for the production of any visual content. The Service operates exclusively as a search engine and information location tool that indexes content created and published by third parties.
3. Record-Keeping Responsibility
All records required to be maintained pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 with respect to any third-party content are the responsibility of the original producers of that content and/or the source platforms on which the content was originally published.
Requests to inspect records relating to any specific depiction should be directed to the custodian of records designated by the applicable source platform or original producer. For profiles sourced from OnlyFans.com, the relevant records custodian is designated by Fenix International Limited on its own compliance pages. Huntzu is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited.
4. Age of Persons Depicted
The Service indexes profiles only from platforms that contractually require every creator to be at least 18 years of age and to complete identity and age verification before publishing content. Huntzu operates on the basis that all persons appearing in any indexed imagery were at least 18 years old at the time the imagery was created.
If you believe that any material indexed on the Service depicts a person under the age of 18, or contains sexually explicit content that evaded our filtering, report it immediately via our Report Content page or to [email protected]. Such reports receive absolute priority: the material will be removed upon a reasonable belief of non-compliance, reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where required by law, and permanently suppressed from re-indexing.
5. Reservation
This statement is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute an admission that Huntzu is subject to 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A. To the extent those provisions could be argued to apply to any activity of the Service, Huntzu relies on the exemptions set forth in 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B), including for activities limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, and indexing of content created and published by third parties.
