This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it โ whether you are a visitor using the Service or a creator whose publicly available information appears in our index.
By accessing or using huntzu.com, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Age Restriction: Huntzu is intended exclusively for adults. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from anyone under 18.

1.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service:

2. Creator Profiles and Publicly Sourced Information
Huntzu is a search and discovery index. In addition to information about our visitors, we collect, organize, and display information about content creators that is already publicly available online ("Creator Data").
Creator Data we may index includes:
- Display name or stage name and username/handle
- Profile and header images as publicly displayed by the creator
- Public bio or description text
- Publicly listed categories, tags, and attributes
- Location, as publicly stated by the creator
- Subscription price and promotional offers, as publicly listed
- Public engagement statistics (e.g., number of photos, videos, likes)
- Links to the creator's public profiles and pages
We do not collect or display: sexually explicit imagery, paywalled or subscriber-only content, private communications, contact details that a creator has not made public, government identification, or payment information belonging to creators.
Sources. Creator Data is obtained from publicly accessible profile pages and websites, from listings submitted directly by creators or their authorized representatives, and from other publicly available sources.
Legal basis and notice. Where the GDPR applies, we process Creator Data on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a public search and discovery index of information that creators have themselves made publicly available. Because this data is not collected from the data subject directly, this section also serves as notice under Article 14 GDPR.
Creator rights and removal. If you are a creator and wish to claim, correct, update, or remove your profile from Huntzu:
- Email [email protected] from an address verifiably connected to the profile, or provide equivalent proof of control over the profile in question.
- We process verified correction and removal requests typically within 5 business days, and in any event within 30 days.
- Removed profiles are added to a suppression list โ we retain the minimal identifiers necessary to ensure your profile is not re-indexed in the future.
For copyright-specific complaints, please use the process described in our DMCA Policy. To report illegal content โ including content involving minors or non-consensual intimate imagery โ see our Report Content policy.

The Service contains links to third-party websites, including creators' public profiles on external platforms such as OnlyFans.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. Huntzu.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by OnlyFans.com or Fenix International Limited.

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected] โ see our Security & Trust page for details.

Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Policy.

10. EEA, UK, and Swiss Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the legal bases described in Section 3 (consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests). You have all the rights listed in Section 9, and additionally the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Contact details for EU authorities are available at edpb.europa.eu.
11. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (IP address, online identifiers, email address if provided); internet or network activity (browsing history on the Service, search queries, interactions); approximate geolocation (derived from IP address); and inferences (content preferences).
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. If we use third-party advertising cookies, that disclosure may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA; you may opt out via our cookie preferences tool or by using a browser with Global Privacy Control enabled, which we honor.
California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, opt out of sale/sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email [email protected]. You may designate an authorized agent, in which case we may require proof of valid authorization.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
